I checked online records then I found out that the books had been reported lost…. On the day when I went to enquire over the counter!
I called up customer service. They said they’d get back to me. Ok! Finally afer so much explanation and searching done by the staffs over at the library, they managed to find my 3 books. Phew! So I just have to pay the outstanding fines. Stressed siah~ Thank god everything has been resolved!
