Back to work today…. Rushed to complete my resource plan…. Submit my mc… but where’s Lizhen? Hmm~ can’t see her at her desk… dun tink she came today… at optus? Meeting? On leave? FFL? Hmm~ duno… end up I submitted the mc without the signature to Doreen. Doreen is the clerk of IS PLANS - IMPACT. She said… she’ll give to another TL to sign lor… ok lor… oh ya.. oso submitted the problem log report for Sept…
Day 1 of HELPDESK…. Thinking what line would I be mending… I’ll be doing helpdesk with Kin Seng for this month… and I’m mending LINE 1…. Grr… hottest line of the hotline… lalala~ happy answering calls… around 11am… my voice changed again… talked too much over the helpdesk line liao… haiz…. Drink more water bah…. Nid to log all the calls liao…. Realised that there are 21 working days for October…. I still have 20 more days of mending helpdesk. Can start to count down liao…
Eu Huat & Seow Fuen called mi… asked mi abt the macros lor… hmm~ early in the morning… SF called… “MEI MEI…come over…. Got sth to ask u…. ”… okok… solved the problem for them liao…
Oops… Dylan asked mi for the ZURPT303… hmm~ CIDB code…. PO lor… lala~ cannot remember liao… I went to see tat codes lor… 2000 lines of codes for tat ABAP program. Eeee~
Over lunch, Dylan mentioned tat there might be a re-testing for ECC5 due to some upgrades??? Oops… few hundreds of reports and programs… report writer… ABAP reports, update programs… to test, recode… DIE~~~ everyone’s gonna faint!
